CoinTrader is strictly an informational data analytics and market telemetry platform. We do not provide brokerage services, custody user assets, execute trades, or offer personalized investment advice. By using this service, you acknowledge that crypto asset trading involves high risk and you remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoinTrader (cointraders.in), its subdomains, APIs, or mobile web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2.Informational Scope & No Financial Advice
All content, data, metrics, basis spreads, funding rates, candlestick charts, and mathematical indicators provided by CoinTrader are strictly for educational and market informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. CoinTrader is not registered as an investment advisor or broker-dealer under SEBI, SEC, or any other global regulatory authority.
3.Telemetry Ingestion & Data Accuracy Disclaimer
CoinTrader ingests raw market telemetry from public exchange APIs, specifically Binance Spot and USDⓈ-M Perpetual Futures endpoints. While we utilize edge caching and real-time WebSocket feeds to maximize data integrity and minimize latency, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of any data. Market feeds may be affected by exchange downtime, API rate limits, or network interruptions.
4.Non-Custodial Architecture & Account Access
CoinTrader will never ask for your private keys, exchange API secret keys with trading permissions, seed phrases, or custody of your funds. Account access is facilitated via Google Firebase Phone OTP and Email Magic Link verification solely for saving personal watchlists, currency preferences, and customized analytics settings.
5.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoinTrader, its operators, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this service. This includes, but is not limited to, financial trading losses, liquidation penalties, lost profits, or data corruption.
6.Intellectual Property & Ecosystem
The visual design, brand marks, logos, interactive components, and proprietary algorithms of CoinTrader (cointraders.in) and its educational companion CryptoTraders (cryptotraders.co.in) are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not scrape, mirror, or republish bulk market data or application code without explicit prior authorization.
7.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated timestamp on this page. Your continued use of CoinTrader following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
